Trailer is finished!

Yesterday, I finished the trailer for this documentary. I think it conveys a sense of the strength of feeling around the Iraq War, and the important questions that still remain to be answered about why the war was started, and why the voices of so many people around the world were ignored. In the final film, we will hear from people from around the world who took part in the protests.

Thoughts...

On Monday 15th February, it will be the 7th anniversary of the biggest single protest in history.

In the UK, the Chilcot inquiry into the origins of the war continues. It is expected to report either later this year, or more likely next year. More importantly, the war in Iraq, not to mention Afghanistan, continue.

What is clear is that neither the questions surrounding the motivations and legality of the war, nor indeed the morality, have gone away. People everywhere still want to know how we ended up here. And that is why I think making this film, now, is so important.
